Funds permanent sub-metering (e.g. PhiSaver) – purchase and install up to $20,000 and 50% of cost.
Key Requirements:
- NSW businesses with energy spend >$200k/yr
- Itemised quotes (no lump sums)
- 12 Nov 2025 to 31 Mar 2026
Method:
- Contact PhiSaver to get an “itemised quote for supply and install”
- Apply here for the grant
- Pay costs and be re-imbursed 50% of costs!
NSW Metering and Monitoring Planning
Up to $15,000 and assistance in selecting a specialist. The outcome is a plan (not the actual monitoring).
Key requirements:
- NSW businesses with energy spend >$200k/yr
Process:
- Apply for a grant to make a Monitoring Plan
- Contact PhiSaver to implement the electricity monitor component of the plan
NSW Metering Plan Implementation Round 2
Up to $200,000 and 50% of cost for installation and of permanent sub-meters (such as PhiSaver).
Key requirements:
- NSW businesses with energy spend >$200k/yr
- Have a itemised quotes for sub-metering installation
- Have a sub-metering plan*
